The format of this plan consists of 7 meal menus. Each menu contains 6 meals. The meals are well balanced and are designed to simulate the familiar experiences and presentation of the foods you regularly consumed. 3 separate energy (caloric intake) levels list serving sizes for the corresponding item with the purpose of varying individuals with varying needs having the opportunity to share the same meal. Thus, fostering the potential for family and friends to dine together.
