– Nutritional and Lifestyle coaching assistance
– Complete evaluation and assessment of client for optimal planning
– Customized Fitness and Nutrition plans based on your objectives and goals
– Unlimited email & text access to trainer during 12 week transformation cycle
– Access to online/mobile application for monitoring and tracking fitness and nutritional daily activities

**First session begins after evaluation, assessments, and plan have been completed and reviewed. All in-person sessions will be conducted at Titanz Fitness & Nutrition in Smyrna, GA unless otherwise agreed upon.
