12 weeks of In-person sessions designed to help you achieve your fitness goals faster. During this cycle, you’ll receive a unique program including strength and conditioning, cardiovascular, and flexibility training that will allow you to maximize your time as well as get better results. You’ll benefit from a personal program that is not only customized with your specific goals in mind, it’s the fastest and the safest. This is the LAB’s multidimensional approach to sustainable transformation.
Personal Sessions Per Week:
(4-5 one hr sessions per week)

– Nutritional and Lifestyle coaching assistance
– Complete evaluation and assessment of client for optimal planning
– Customized Fitness and Nutrition plans based on your objectives and goals
– Unlimited email & text access to trainer during 12 week transformation cycle
– Access to online/mobile application for monitoring and tracking fitness and nutritional daily activities
**First session begins after evaluation, assessments, and plan have been completed and reviewed. All in-person sessions will be conducted at Titanz Fitness in Smyrna, GA area unless otherwise agreed upon.
