  • The Becoming Plant Based Meal Plan was crafted with dual intent. The first was to provide a flexible guide for individuals looking to  transition their nutritional sources to plant based whole foods. The second was to foster a new habit in such a way that it didn’t isolate any single individual from sharing meal time or meal experiences with those they care for.
  • The Everyday Life Meal Plan was crafted with dual intent. The first was to provide a flexible guide for individuals needing to adjust their energy (caloric) requirements as their goals shifted without needing to find a completely new source of information. The second was to create an environment that would foster the return of family and friends to the dinner table while reducing the sense of isolation for individuals wanting to better control their energy needs as well as those they care for.
