As a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition & Functional Training Specialist, my goal is to help my clients achieve and maintain a healthy and vigorous life. And at the epicenter of those efforts lies the ability to supply the body with all of the nutrients that it requires to function at its most optimal level.

With an unprecedented amount of information swarming around us daily, it’s important to understand the fundamentals of nutrition and how they apply specifically to you and your needs.
