In my attempt to share the many ways to enjoy building and protecting your temple, I bring you THIS & THAT. In this edition, showing somewhat of an advanced alternative to chest work on the chest fly machine with body weight movements requiring more muscle engagement and core stability.

I wouldn’t recommend this movement for those with upper body flexibility issues or specific injuries. But if you’re willing and able, give it a go. And for those traveling or home based, a pair of slides make a great substitute for the bar and plate.
